Farlight Studios LLC (the “Company”) operates the https://farlightstudios.com/ website and the League Of Extreme Dodgeball and Nexus Puzzle Heroes mobile application(the “Games”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Games. By accessing or using the Games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Games.

  1. License to Use the Games:
  • The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use of the Games for your personal, non-commercial use.

  • In order to access certain features of the Games you may be required to create a user account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  1. In-Game Purchases:
  • The Games may include the option to make in-game purchases, including virtual currency, power-ups, or other digital goods.
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account.

  • You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Games or any content therein without the prior written consent of the Company.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties:
  • The Games are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • The Company does not warrant that the Games will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Games.
  • In no event shall the Company’s total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Games
